The Park District currently has three open positions:
Visitors Center Site Manager
The Clermont County Park District seeks a site manager for the Visitors Center and Museum at Chilo Lock 34 Park on the Ohio River. The Visitor Center is the only river history museum of its kind actually on the river it celebrates. The Ohio River was and is a driving force behind the birth and growth of Clermont County and the entire Tri-State region. We’re looking for a historian who can help cultivate and curate our chapters in the story of the river. We want an educator who can host tours, juggle exhibits, create programming and take his or her act on the road to schools and civic groups. We want an individual who can work with a talented group of employees to execute events celebrating our unique site, as well as cultivate and motivate volunteers. We want somebody willing to get their hands dirty – literally and figuratively – to make our facility shine. If you ever dreamed of an office with 180-degree views of the Ohio River or putting your stamp on history, we’d love to hear from you.
Details for all positions are available on the Clermont County Auditors website here. Click on the “by location” tab and select “Park District” to view the job descriptions and apply. Please include a cover letter and resume with your application.
