Separate sealed bids for the Shor Park Stream and Wetland Restoration Project within the Clermont County Park District will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Clermont County Park District, 2228 US HWY 50 Batavia, Ohio 45103, until 2:00 PM Local Time on August 24, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Work under this Project is generally defined as the removal of approximately 170 linear feet of existing 42-inch RCP storm sewer, the construction of approximately 121 linear feet of stream channel with an underdrain, boulder cascade and plunge pool at its downstream end, six (6) pocket wetlands and three (3) constructed riffles in the waterway downstream of the existing rain garden. The Owner expects to proceed with the Project immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the construction bid and execution of the contract, with completion of all work within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer’s Estimate for this Project is $ 133,570.00.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Shor Park, 4659 Tealtown Road, Milford, Ohio 45150, at 1:00 PM Local Time on May 18, 2021 .
